Daytona Beach, Florida's king of strong noise, Crustgirls, returns with a new full length featuring 13 tracks of suffocating harsh noise and depressive dark ambient.

As the title of the album suggests, Crustgirls' "REflections" is thematically centered around the concept of self-reflection, the passage of time, rage, sorrow, and disillusionment. A diverse spattering of the various Crustgirls' sonic styles are present in this album, from haunting dark ambient scapes to hefty harsh noise assaults. Feelings of hollowness, disappointment, frustration, and despair are transmitted via shifting static walls, electric hums and blips, industrial and mechanical sounds, and waves of audible horror.

Emphasizing the theme of self-reflection, the album's featured artists (besides Sean Beard, a creative inspiration of Crustgirls) are all different aliases of MJR. These other Crustgirls affiliated projects not only bring more sonic diversity to the album, REflections, but help push the narrative of MJR's exploration of the self and the passage of time in their own life.

REflections comes together fully as an emotional, brutal album that explores the growth and reflections of MJR over time. Unrelenting, depressive Florida strong noise.
