Self-described "bunk rock"

Paranoid Snitch Radio can stylistically be described a number of ways; avant-garde, anti folk, and experimental are buzzwords that often come to mind when listening to them. But, the duo insists on describing themselves as "bunk rock".

What is "bunk rock"? As the duo would describe, it is the new era of radicalized music and sound. Paranoid Snitch Radio detail the linear spectrum that they view music and sound to fall on, with extremities on either side. On one far side, you have styles of music and sound that fall in to a world of hyper instrumentality and musicianship, essentially ""perfecting"" personal playing ability and pushing it to even further technical limits, much like professional athletes do and/or strive to do. On the other side of the spectrum, we have noise, extreme music and sound, audible terrorism. To the duo, these two extremities are the current status quo of what they consider radicalized music and sound. What Paranoid Snitch Radio desired, though, was a new branch. A new radicalized stem off of the linear spectrum (a deconstruction, perhaps?) that is neither entirely noise focused or hyper instrumentality and musicianship centric.

This EP is the results of their efforts towards and search for a new style and era of radicalized music and sound. Provoking, complex, unconventional, abrasive. Noise meets musicianship meets philosophical and political lyrical content.

An EP that requires attentiveness in all aspects. Please listen closely. Please listen several times.
