Kansas City's 2-piece emotive, punk group, Caroline, are long time veterans of the midwest DIY scene. This digital release is actually a combination of their two EP's. Starting with their first, Paper Plain EP, followed by their second, Transeúnte. Paper Plain EP definitely reflects a rougher, more punk-esque version of the band while Transeúnte illustrates some growth in the band and heads in a more emotive/emo direction. Very much a Kansas DIY band, and I mean that in the best way. Both releases are very good, just different.
