With a lineup of Soundcloud royalty on the features, mayh3mp's "mylifeasahorse" is a work of art derived directly from the new era of underground Soundcloud digicore and hyperpop scene. Influences such as hip hop, pop, electronic, and even nightcore are all present on "mylifeasahorse" and the album serves as a fabulous and diverse sampling of cyber sounds and internet influenced tunes that are leading the charge in altering the landscape of modern mainstream music.

Though a variety of sound is present throughout the whole project, there is not a single song worth skipping. "mylifeasahorse" is absolute heat from start to finish and the album has an extremely pleasant flow to it despite its more experimental overall nature. Tracks ebb and flow between hyphy, upbeat club bangers and more melancholic, croony, emotional cuts that ensures nothing wears out its welcome. Clocking in at just under 25 minutes, "mylifeasahorse" is an easy, engaging listen that will leave audiences dying to explore the rest of mayh3mp's discography, as well as the featured artists'.
