Tulsa's infamous party rockers, Hummin' Bird, have been known for years for their rambunctious live performances all over the downtown bar scene. Booze soaked, shenanigan saturated, and all around ridiculous fun. Coming straight from the bible belt, Hummin' Bird brings catchy punk laden, southern rock music that can turn any bar in to a full blown shit show while delivering emotional and relatable lyricism. Their debut full length, "Underneath Scum Light", has everything Hummin' Bird is loved for on it, the defining release of the band. All the goods from upbeat crowd favorites, such as "Kiss From A Rose 4 Xmas", to slower, emotive club closers like, "Where Yr Mind Goes" (our personal favorite track on the album), Hummin' Bird delivers a finely crafted full length that has a little bit of something for everyone. Highly listenable, relatable, and catchy.
